The journey to wellness is never ending, it’s important to learn how our bodies communicate. Pain is a non-verbal communication; we should listen and respond. My intention is to bring awareness to the body to let it be heard, and soothed.

Clients describe my work as “intuitive, slow and relaxing” to compliment this, I describe my work as “artistic, tactile and connecting”

I won’t rush your healing journey, I’ll take time and care to allow the muscles to relax, rather than forcing them. This method of “time under tension "allows the brain to receive the stretch signal and return a signal back, saying that it’s safe to relax. I will always adjust the pressure and tempo according to your needs. I respect all ages, gender identities, religions, and races, I believe in unity and equality. My specialty is relief from migraines, neck pain, insomnia and anxiety. My goal is to facilitate a trance-like, meditative experience for overall self-care.
