With over 17 years of experience in the healthcare field and 9 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring a deep understanding of the human body and a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session. I completed a 900-hour Massage Therapy program, earning an Associate Degree in Health Science, and have continued to build on that foundation through advanced certifications in both stretch therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Before becoming a Massage Therapist, I worked for a few years as a Patient Care Tech in hospitals caring for patients with blood disorders and cancers. That time spent at the bedside—witnessing both the fragility and resilience of the human body—inspired me to pursue a path where I could help people feel supported, nurtured, and empowered in their healing journeys. I saw firsthand the difference that touch, presence, and gentle care could make, and that planted the seed for what would become my life’s work.

Today, I specialize in lymphatic drainage massage, a powerful technique that supports the body's natural detoxification and healing processes.
