I established this business with a deep passion for helping others navigate the challenges of anxiety and trauma. My goal is to provide therapeutic experiences that empower individuals to reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. The gentle techniques used in my Thai massage sessions aim to promote relaxation and restore balance, while my yoga sessions are designed to be accessible, allowing participants to explore their own limits in a supportive environment.

I meet with clients in a few spaces, all are nice healing rooms within 3 different small wellness centers in Dallas, TX. All offices are right off of Central Expwy/HWY 75 between Walnut Hill Lane and Royal Lane.

Mobile massage: My husband David is offering traditional Thai massage and private yoga instruction in your home, office or studio as well. His style of Thai massage is more traditional and is able to offer stronger techniques, deeper pressure and maximum stretches. His yoga teaching style is more on the gentle side, no hot yoga or vinyasa power flow. His radius is approximately 5 miles from HWY 75 & Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, Texas.
