Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are cancelled less then 24 hours will still be charged a 50% cancellation rate. If using a gift certificate and or package the credit will be removed. Late appointment arrivals, the time is shortened for the visit.

Outcall Bookings

For large group outcalls or events, a gratuity rate of 20% is added at the time of booking. Travel time and setup is added to the booking price.
