I am a licensed massage therapist who is committed to helping others to become complete and whole in body, soul, mind and spirit, through applying many forms of body work and massage healing modalities, by reconnecting all aspects of one's self, to become complete and fulfilled, and and to experience life as it is meant to be lived.

Within our body, mind, soul and spirit, we absorb and retain all of our experiences and environmental influences, including memories of past traumas and injuries, emotional and physical, from our earliest childhood to our present day.

Most of the time, we are unaware of these hidden traumas that are blocking us from living in the present moment in a state of peace and joy, as the past is where our depression exists and the future is where our anxiety exists.

These "stuck" memories can be found in our body, and tightness, tension and pain are the end result.

But that is exactly where the solution can be found.

These trauma-fed tensions, and pains can be released through many forms of massage therapy and body work modalities, and through this process, we reconnect our body to our mind, soul and spirit.

You need not have to recall any negative memories during any session, as the body remembers them and the release can happen during your session without you being aware of it, all you will feel is relaxing comfort and a peaceful sense of well being.

Each one of us are unique individuals, and we respond to our world around us in different ways.

That includes how we live with or let go of, trauma, pain, and tension, and that is my approach to helping people heal.

Every person receives their own personal treatment, based on this truth, and at the end of the session, the results will be similar, the letting go of your stress, and tension and leaving you in a state of wellness and peace.

We also hold tension and pain from our daily routines and lifestyles and even postures, from sedate sitting for hours or strenuous activities.

The benefits from massage therapy will not only provide instant relief, but the mind/body connection will be strengthened over time.

Receiving massages is much more than a luxury, it is a crucial part of self care and reaching a higher state of well being and growth.

I offer one hour, and 1 and 1/2 hour sessions and infuse many different healing modalities into each one.

Every session is different, but when we find what works best for you, we can adjust the treatment over time.

As stated earlier, I hand craft the session based on your body's needs as well as your own preferences, and any added modalities within the allotted time are complimentary.
