Hey! My name is Amber and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Holistic Health. My approach is integrative & intuitive, ensuring each session is customized to what my clients need, based on the signs & symptoms their body presents.

I have a variety of techniques I use, including (but not limited to): Thai yoga massage, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue & trigger point, cupping, myofascial release, pelvic floor steaming, sound healing & guided meditations.

Along with massage, I assist women in understanding & regulating their menstrual cycles. My mission is to educate and empower women to interpret the signals their bodies send them during each phase of their cycles, helping them to work in harmony with their 28-day hormonal cycle. With this work, we introduce pelvic steaming, a time-honored modality that promotes healing and restores the body’s natural alignment. We learn how diet and lifestyle affect our day to day life and how it presents in your system - you'll learn how to listen to your body's natural wisdom and embrace your inner goddess, stepping towards a symptom free life ♡
