What sets me apart is my background with over 19 years as a licensed practical nurse, which has given me an in-depth understanding of the body and its needs. I am not just a massage therapist, but a nurturer and caregiver who is passionate about body work.

My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients, where they can relax, heal and recover from their stress, trauma or injuries. I use a variety of techniques to customize each session to the individual needs of my clients, whether they are seeking relief from chronic pain or simply looking to unwind.
