I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in sports massage and pain relief, with extensive experience working with a variety of clients, including special forces Air Force personnel, collegiate athletes, and high school athletes across all athletic backgrounds. Each session is customized to your unique needs, utilizing techniques such as cupping, scraping, and stretching when appropriate.

I address a wide range of issues, including shoulder pain, neck pain, low back pain, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, golfer's elbow, and tennis elbow. My focus is on reaching the deepest layers of muscle to relieve tension and pain. I combine trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release to provide effective, targeted relief. All session are clothed (athletic wear).
