I want to listen to the place where your psyche, your security system, and your nervous system unconsciously join together and form a knot. A knot that affects our entire lives, not just our muscles. Those places, when acknowledged and encouraged to release, allow changes in our lives. When we change ourselves, we make ripples that change our world.
