I specialize in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myo-facial release, as well as prenatal massage. The body can heal itself, provided with a little help of a therapist to help rid of lactic acid buidup, inflammation, and scar tissue.

I have received my associates degree at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, which consists of 1000 hours of training and focuses more on the Asian modalities of therapeutic massage. After being a fitness instructor for over 5 years, I had been taught the importance of massage for optimal health and well-being and decided to make it my career since I love it so much.
