It's that simple! Too often, we -- the healers , changemakers, givers, supporters of families, people just trying to get by -- don't give ourselves the chance to restore our energy. I used to work on climate policy, organizing volunteers to advocate for change, and I saw this play out across the spectrum of VT's population. So I went to massage school to learn: about our bodies, burnout, and how to stay sane in a world that squeezes us for all we've got.

My bodywork primarily uses Swedish massage techniques - made for activating the "rest and digest" part of our nervous system, clearing the way for our bodies to do the real magical work of repairing itself from stress, anxiety, and more. Until I receive my license, I'm offering discounted massages.
