Hello! My name is Anyris, and I am the proud owner of Mindful Healing Hands. After 14 years as a Special Ed teacher an unexpected loss led me to pursue my true calling—helping others heal through the power of touch.

Growing up, I witnessed how chronic pain impacted people’s relationships and overall well-being. This understanding fueled my passion for massage therapy and in 2023 I became a licensed massage therapist. Since then, I’ve been researching and integrating holistic techniques such as Microcurrent Stimulation, cupping, red light, and more to support my clients on their wellness and recovery journey.
