We offer therapeutic treatment, wellness technologies, and relaxation-based services designed to support pain relief, nervous system regulation, mobility, and overall well-being. Infrared Sauna

We also offer infrared heat and red light therapy sessions as part of our wellness and recovery services. Infrared heat works by gently warming the body from within, which may support circulation, muscle relaxation, recovery from physical stress, and overall relaxation. Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that may support skin health, cellular energy production, and tissue recovery.

These services are intended for general wellness, relaxation and recovery support and NOT MEDICAL TREATMENTS.

Infrared and red-light sessions may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, have certain medical conditions, heat sensitivity, uncontrolled blood pressure, active infections, or those advised by their medical provider to avoid heat or light-based therapies.
