ABOUT the THERAPIST: Janelle Songer Tacktor is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of body-working experience. She graduated the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in 2003 where she trained in Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapies as well as a variety of stress relieving techniques. Janelle is also trained in Thai Yoga Massage which she studied while traveling through Thailand. Thai Yoga Massage is a dynamic yet relaxing form of bodywork that combines passive stretching with acupressure in order to increase movement and flexibility within the joints and muscles as well as freeing up blockages in the energy pathways of the body. Janelle has also spent time studying and teaching yoga in California at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. All of these modalities come together to create the best bodywork possible for you.

ABOUT the SPACE: Located on 8th street in a small professional building across the street from Brick Wheels Bike Shop and ELEV8 Climbing Gym, this cozy suite offers a serene environment to relax into your massage. There is a small flight of stairs you will have to traverse.
