My specialties include Swedish massage, true deep tissue work tailored to meet each client's needs while communicating to ensure your comfort levels are respected, TMJ, migraine and headache relief, lymphatic system drainage, and sports massage. My pressure is always tailored to your preference. I am capable of ranging pressure from light, to medium, to firm, and true deep tissue pressure - all depending on the area's requirements and client's preference. Clients are always welcome to have a quiet, non-speaking session where you have a safe space to relax. Alternatively, clients may also engage in conversation as you please. All clients are welcome to a safe space to have a momentary retreat for your mind and body to practice self-care, vent about life's stressors, calm the mind and care for the body that carries you through this life.
