Carmen is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for the full spectrum of wellness. She believes that collaborating with clients and fusing proactive wellness education, along with her intuitive healing touch, can ultimately assist each individual in achieving feelings of rejuvenation, no matter the initial ailment.

With a commitment to amplifying the choice of wellness for her clients, she offers a variety of bodywork modalities. Specialties include; Relaxing Swedish Massage, Deep Touch (Tissue), Myofacial bodywork, Reiki, Theraputic Pain Management & Stretch Therapy.

While Carmen is a newly practicing Massage Therapist, graduating from the Healing Arts Center in July of 2024, she is no stranger to the field of wellness. She has experience as a Personal Trainer and fitness instructor, and is also a Certified Full Spectrum Doula.

Focusing in on holistic client-centered-care, and offering a tranquil atmosphere to promote a recharge of the mind and stress relief within the body is her goal. Carmen is a mother of 3 and truly understands that leading a busy lifestyle requires serious self-care to allow for an overflowing cup.
