I’m T, the hands and heart behind Sacred Terrain. My work is rooted in the belief that the body is not just tissue and bone—it’s memory, spirit, and story. It holds our joy, our pain, our ancestral wisdom. And when we listen deeply, healing becomes possible. I am a Certified Massage Therapist trained at the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, where I completed their comprehensive 800-hour Core Massage Therapy Program. My education focused on both Eastern and Western modalities, anatomy and kinesiology, and hands-on therapeutic techniques that promote healing, relaxation, and whole-body balance. This foundation allows me to approach each session with a deep understanding of the body and an intuitive, compassionate touch. My approach to massage therapy is intuitive, integrative, and reverent. I blend therapeutic modalities like myofascial release, acupressure, and Lomi Lomi-inspired flow with a grounding presence and deep listening. Each session is a collaboration between your body’s needs and the wisdom that rises in the space between breath and stillness. As a neurosomatic therapist in training with ancestral roots in Choctaw traditions, I honor both the clinical and the sacred. My offerings are designed to restore nervous system balance, encourage spiritual realignment, and reconnect you to your body’s original intelligence. This isn’t just massage—it’s a return.
