Little Birdie Wellness is a personalized, client-focused wellness practice, designed to support holistic health and healing. As the sole owner and operator, I offer a high level of passion, care, and expertise to every interaction, ensuring that clients receive tailored treatments that address their unique needs.

Massage Services:

The massage services are rooted in both relaxation and therapeutic techniques, offering a variety of modalities such as Swedish, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal, facial massage, and craniosacral therapy. At times, these modalities are combined to provide unique and personalized care plans. Each session is customized to target specific areas of tension or discomfort, helping clients to relieve stress, improve mobility, and promote overall physical well-being.

As an LMT (licensed massage therapist), NTP (nutritional therapy practitioner), and RN (registered nurse) I take time to consult with clients before the massage, ensuring that the therapy aligns with personal goals, whether it’s for stress relief, pain management, or rehabilitation. The calm, nurturing environment at Little Birdie Wellness fosters relaxation and healing, and I am committed to creating a safe, comfortable space where my clients can fully unwind.

Nutrition Services:

As an NTP, I offer personalized dietary guidance that promotes balanced, sustainable eating habits. Whether clients are looking to lose weight, manage a chronic condition, boost energy, or improve their overall wellness, I can provide customized nutrition plans and support.

My approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of health, where I can help clients not just with meal planning, but with lifestyle changes that fit their needs. This includes guidance on mindful eating, meal prep, and how to navigate food sensitivities or allergies. At Little Birdie Wellness, the emphasis is on the importance of nourishing the body with whole, nutrient-dense foods, while also promoting a positive relationship with food.

Unique Value:

Little Birdie Wellness provides personalized attention, as well as the integration of both massage therapy and nutrition services. This combined approach addresses both the body and the mind, offering my clients a holistic way to feel their best inside and out. The understanding of both physical wellness and nutrition allows Little Birdie Wellness to serve clients in a way that is compassionate, informed, and effective.

The one-on-one service model ensures that clients receive undivided attention and a customized experience, whether you come for a relaxing massage or for nutrition guidance. The continuity of care provided through both modalities is a key strength, allowing clients to experience lasting results.

Whether clients are seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, or poor eating habits, Little Birdie Wellness is a trusted sanctuary where you can rejuvenate, heal, and transform your life.
