The drive to want to help support people has always been what seemed like embers in my soul. For a long period of time, I wasn’t sure what that would look like or feel like. Like many of us, my life has taken so many shifts and turns to get to where I am today. Some of those were the most trying of times, but also the ones that brought the most magic and transformation for myself.

One of those shifts was becoming a reiki practitioner. My life forever took a turn and my soul lit up and started to giggle - a true soul giggle here! Working with people in the energy realm felt like home for me. That further sparked an old ember of being a massage therapist. I had wanted to become a massage therapist since I was little, but life took some twists and turns.

If you’re reading this today, you can probably guess that that time revealed itself, and I followed that spark! Being a massage therapist in combination with energy work, for me, is what lights a fire in my soul! The body, mind and soul are interconnected, and I am passionate about healing the balance with-in. It’s an honor to be able to hold space and help support people in these ways.
