Hi everyone! I'm Alisha Zimmerman and I have been a Massage Therapist since March of 2021. Throughout my experience I've seen and worked with many different types of clients... Some that were in a cycle of chronic pain, and others who needed to relax and escape from the stresses of daily life.

I practice an integrative approach to massage, which means...I don't have a list of different massage modalities for you to choose...I use them all at once! I practice many modalities of massage including Swedish, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial release, Prenatal, and I continue to study other forms of massage.
