You were never meant to carry all this—
not the grief, not the compression, not the survival story that hardened into posture.

At Rooted Goddess Bodywork, I blend neuromuscular therapy, myofascial work, and Dolphin MPS (microcurrent point stimulation) to calm the nervous system and relieve pain. I serve women—especially Black women—living with autoimmune and chronic conditions such as lupus, fibromyalgia, long-COVID, as well as connective-tissue and dysautonomia conditions like EDS (hypermobile) and POTS. If you’re carrying trauma or medical gaslighting, this is an affirming space where your body is believed.

What sessions feel like

Thorough intake that respects your lived experience.
Gentle, precise neuromuscular and myofascial techniques to unwind guarded tissue.
Targeted Dolphin MPS to help down-shift pain, release scar/adhesion patterns, and support regulation.
Clear home care so relief lasts between visits.

This care is for you if you want

Fewer flares and less all-over tension
Support with fatigue, brain fog, headaches, GI/IBS patterns, or dysautonomia symptoms
A consistent place to reset from the daily stress of systemic racism and over-responsibility

Important
I don’t diagnose or claim cures. Bodywork is complementary to your medical care, and we’ll collaborate with your providers when helpful.
