Welcome to my massage practice! Each person has his own reason for seeking a massage. Many are wanting a therapeutic benefit – a particular area is tight, mobility is limited, an athlete is sore from competition. Others are wanting relaxation – work is stressful, you just want to pamper and treat yourself. My goal is to customize a session for you to meet your needs.

I am experienced in a number of modalities, and familiar with many others. Swedish, Sport, Thai, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, Esalen, etc. – there are many types of bodywork available. While some of my sessions are specific to a certain modality, most are a combination of techniques specific to you.

I have received hundreds of massages myself over the years, and I know the value of massage in my own life. I approach each session with the intention that you will experience the benefits you are seeking from our time together.

I have a part-time practice out of my home. This allows me to keep my rates low, and it allows me flexibility in my hours and my rates. I have always had a private practice, and most of my clients have historically been male. I specialize in men’s wellness as I feel that my home setting provides an environment that is more comfortable for male clients.
