I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Post-Operative Lymphatic Massage, creating customized sessions that promote both physical and emotional wellness.

I’ve had the privilege of not only working hands-on with clients but also teaching others as an instructor for Massage Therapy and Medical Assisting. Guiding future healers has deepened my love for this field and my belief that true wellness begins with care, compassion, and intention.
