My name is Emily.

My massage credentials were acquired at Albuquerque School of Healing Arts (ASHA). I am trained in Swedish, Sports, Thai Table, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Pregnancy massage, as well as reflexology and polarity therapy. Using my knowledge of kinesiology, physiology and anatomy I combine Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Thai Table stretches to personalize and provide a holistic and therapeutic treatment.

Just a few reasons I feel passionately about massage: it reduces stress by inducing the parasympathetic nervous system (which helps the body to naturally heal itself), it brings awareness to the body (which creates a more whole being), it reduces pain and inflammation, improves lymphatic and blood flow & promotes ease of movement (for better quality of life).

I love to travel, to be outside, the ocean, my dogs, food, exploring, challenging myself, reading, relaxing, and feel strongly that every day should be enjoyed.
