My specialty is postural Spectrum. Which means I analyze how ones posture sits and find what muscles might be causing posture deviations.I have been a massage therapist now since October of 2017. Over the few years, I have learned that each person is a different puzzle. I am never bored in my sessions. This is because there is always something to improve. I offer a treatment care that also allows an escape from your daily stresses. My pressure is generally med-deep throughout, however I can go very deep if needed. I like to stay within the stretch so good feeling, as to the No pain No gain. Pressure is based more on my clients preference. My goal for massage is to get my clients to maintenance massage. If I can make my client not feel pain for an entire month, I've done my job right. Massage is not just for the body. It helps your mind and soul. When you feel good, you sleep better, laugh harder and enjoy life more.
