Mia Moilanen is a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Flourish Therapies Myofascial Release, LLC. Her passion for John F. Barnes® approach to myofascial release therapy has given her the opportunity to help clients with varying conditions such as reduced range of motion, headaches/migraines, stress, anxiety, TMJ dysfunction, neck and back pain, scar tissue release, postural imbalances, and chronic pain. She treats each client session as a sacred appointment by supporting clients through their healing journey.

Outside of helping clients heal, Mia is dedicated to expanding her skill set by continually taking myofascial release classes. She has a love for connecting with nature whether that be on the water stand up paddle boarding in her favorite place in Lac La Belle, hitting the trails for a hike with her family, or enjoying the magical landscape of the winter while cross country skiing.
