Mia Moilanen is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Manual Lymphatic Therapist, and the owner of Flourish Therapies Myofascial Release. Her passion for the John F. Barnes® approach to myofascial release therapy has enabled her to help clients with a wide range of conditions, including reduced range of motion, headaches and migraines, stress, anxiety, TMJ dysfunction, neck and back pain, scar tissue restrictions, postural imbalances, and chronic pain.

Through Manual Lymphatic Drainage, she also supports clients with pre- and post-operative care, as well as conditions such as lymphedema and lipedema.

Outside of helping clients heal, Mia is dedicated to expanding her skill set by continually taking myofascial release classes. She has a love for connecting with nature, whether that be on the water, stand-up paddleboarding in her favorite place in Lac La Belle, hitting the trails for a hike with her family, or enjoying the magical landscape of winter while cross-country skiing.
