Welcome! My name is Kelsey Boge and I am excited for a new journey in Massage Therapy. As a former school social worker for the last 10 years and a CrossFit trainer since 2017, I am looking forward to helping people reach their goals in all aspects of their life, whether that is in fitness, mental health, or physical well being. Through my experiences, I know that it is important to take care of all of these aspects to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

I am also passionate about the environment and sustainability, which is how the name was created: Gaia is the Greek Goddess of Earth, otherwise known as Mother Earth. By choosing to name my business after Mother Earth, I have a daily reminder that every choice we make can make an impact on the environment and people we meet, even if it seems small at the time.
