Aperio MFR provides services in TWO unique Wisconsin locations - the Fox Cities (Neenah, Menasha, Fox Crossing, Appleton, Kaukauna) and the Central Wisconsin River Country (Fremont, Weyauwega, Waupaca). While we specialize in Myofascial Release (MFR), therapeutic massage is also an option.

I am here to listen – to you and to your body – and want to be with you, in partnership, on your healing and wellness journey! The goal of MFR is better whole-body balance and function.

All customized MFR sessions include:

* A postural and movement (re)assessment looking for structural imbalances

* Review and discussion of treatment goals

* A 60 or 90-minute custom, hands-on treatment

* Practiced, self-treatment applications

* Planning for your next visit, focused on outcomes

Setting aside a full 60 / 90 minutes for your session(s) is recommended. MFR is performed skin-on-skin (no lotions or oils) to prevent sliding on the skin. Plan to come to your session with clean, dry skin, and bring or wear a bra / sports bra (women) and gym shorts.

A note on tipping ... At Aperio, we do not accept tips. Services are designed with recovery and healing in mind – therapeutic massage. We want your posture upright, restrictions resolved, fascia gliding, range of motion optimal, and overall sense of well-being heightened. Massage is a proven approach to improved health. Breathe deep and know that our posted price is what we expect. Nothing more. We want you fully present for treatment - worry-free in mind, body, and spirit.
