Hello, I'm Casey!

I am a therapeutic massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and enneagram life coach. Through body and energy work, we are not only addressing physical, but also emotional, mental, and energetic well-being. I provide an integrative approach to working with folx to connect more intimately with themselves on a path of self-healing, discovery, and fulfillment. I believe that the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself and we, as wellness practitioners and body workers, are facilitators in this process.

I consider my style to be slow, flowy, relaxing, yet targeted. Prior to getting on the table, I ask you to do a body-heart-mind scan to assess present needs and we work from there. Essential oils, cupping, Shiatsu pressure points & stretches, and Reiki may be incorporated into sessions. Each session is designed with client's individual needs taken into account.
