I have been passionate about fitness, wellness, healing, and bodywork since my early teens. This passion intensified during my studies for an Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy at the esteemed Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences.

Through the rigorous 1,200-hour program, I was introduced to a wide range of modalities that I now incorporate into my massage practice. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since December 2004.

As a dedicated fitness enthusiast and weight lifter, I leverage my extensive knowledge of kinesiology, physiology, anatomy, myology, shiatsu, tui na, Thai massage, and pathology to deeply understand the human body. This expertise allows me to treat each client in a unique, effective, and healing manner.

In my practice, I integrate both Eastern and Western approaches, drawing from techniques such as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Thai stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Athletic Stretching. This holistic approach enables me to address a variety of issues, from stress and sore muscles to chronic pain and energetic imbalances.
