Hi, I’m Jess. My work is all about creating that perfect blend of immediate relief and long-lasting ease—wrapped in a massage experience that feels luxurious from start to finish. When you’re on my table, your body gets to soften, reset, and be cared for in a way that feels elevated and deeply restorative.

Every session is fully customized using my favorite modalities: the smooth flow of Swedish, the precision of deep tissue, the gentle stretch of table Thai, the slow melt of myofascial release, and the calming, de-puffing benefits of manual lymphatic drainage. I combine them intentionally so your muscles release, your mind quiets down, and your body stays feeling good long after you leave.

My background spans chiropractic offices, spas, wellness clinics, sports therapy, and corporate massage, and all of that layers into the intuitive way I work. I trained at the International School of the Healing Arts in San Diego, where I learned how to blend Eastern and Western techniques for a truly holistic, full-body approach.

I’ve been part of Mindy’s team since June 2022, and I love giving clients a space where pain relief and luxury meet—so you walk out feeling lighter, relaxed, and totally renewed.
