Massage therapy is more than just relaxation, it is pain relief, stress reduction and postural balance.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 23 years and I can still say, I love it. I can't imagine doing another job. Everyday is different and I have met some amazing people. The only thing I can say I do not like is, laundry!

I am trained in many modalities, Swedish, Sports, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, and Structural Integration. When you schedule an appointment, you do not have to pick just one modality. You choose a time frame, 60 or 90 minutes of treatment time. Each session is geared towards the person, at a pressure that is tolerable for them. I will use one or more modality during your session to help you reach your goal. You can call it what you like. I call it Massage Therapy by Lenora
