I’ve always been drawn to helping others—stepping in where needed, offering support, and creating stability in moments of chaos. After 15 years of active duty service, that calling evolved into a more intentional path: helping people find calm amidst the storm through therapeutic touch.

Life has a way of becoming overwhelming—demanding, fast-moving, and often unrelenting. My work is to create space for you to step out of that current. Through curated, personalized bodywork, I integrate a range of techniques to meet your body’s needs and the outcomes we define together.
