I have been in the business of the body for 20 years. I was a Physical Therapy assistant for 10 years where I worked with many different types of patients and their injuries. I continued my education and became a professional massage therapist in 2013.

I specialize in Sports Rehabilitation and Pain Management, however I am well versed and various modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Energy Work, Shiatsu, Thai Massage and many more.
