I am passionate about helping people take charge of their own bodies and feel their best.

In my massage training at Downeast School of Massage, I focused on studying how massage can help treat anxiety and depression, as well as more physical ailments such as stroke and whiplash recovery. Shortly after graduation, I obtained my lymphatic drainage certificate, with a goal to be able to support a wide spectrum of clients, including but not limited to, pregnancy, postpartum, sports and other injury, chronic illness, and autoimmune conditions. My goal is for us to work together to help you optimize your health. I use a therapeutic approach in my practice, using a combination of the tools I have gathered: relaxation (Swedish), deep tissue, and lymphatic, all the while continuing to research and build my knowledge.
