I use evidence based practices and modalities including deep tissue oscillation therapy, medicupping, guidance on compression needs and self help education.

Kinesio-taping included, as needed, for no additional charge.

Once your are healed, or after resolution of swelling, make monthly lymphatic massage a part of your self help routine. It is deeply relaxing and healthy.
