My name is Jason Wilson. I have Been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) for 8 years, and 10 plus years in Personal Training. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals. I enjoy working with variety of clients. I specialize in several massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Medical , sports massage, assisted stretching and TMJ. In addition personal training , speed agility, weight lose , and Post/Pre surgical rehab.

My work experience includes providing therapeutic massage at Massage Envy , LifeTime , Triangle spine center, Holistic Vitality Chiropractic.
