Massage Therapy with Corinne is an opportunity to dive deep into the body’s sensations, movement habits, and patterns of held tension. She combines techniques from Swedish massage, deep tissue work, and myofascial release to offer each individual the unique bodywork experience they need. Her intuitive approach is informed by a lifetime of movement practice.

Corinne’s understanding of the body as a tool became central to her experience working on small-scale organic farms in New England. The idea that the machine of the body needs maintenance, like any other tool, lead her to attend The Massage School in Boston, MA in 2016. She continues to explore healing techniques in her study of myofascial release with Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains, and Jill Miller’s Roll Model Method. Whether you use your hands as a dentist or musician, your hips to sit or walk, your shoulders to pitch a ball or lift weights - the repetitive nature of our daily lives creates patterns of tension and pain in the body. Corinne takes a systemic view to unraveling these patterns and brings skills for deep listening to your spoken needs, and to the signals from your musculature and connective tissues, to the massage table. She aims to send you home from your session with a greater sense of ease in the body, feeling uplifted, refreshed, and relaxed.
