Cancellation policy
    •    Appointments: Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted but subject to availability.
    •    Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.
    •    Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other customers, and the full price will still apply.
