I love being a massage therapist because my work is rooted in connection—connecting with people, their stress, their pain, and their bodies in a way that creates real relief. In many ways, I see myself as a wellness matchmaker, bringing together the right techniques to support each individual’s needs.

I take a holistic approach to massage, recognizing that the body is shaped by every part of life—from daily stress and routines to chronic or acute injuries. Through years of practice and learning from skilled bodyworkers, I’ve refined my work into a thoughtful blend of small-scale deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching, and modified Swedish massage. I bring all of these tools into every session, tailoring my approach to support both relaxation and recovery.
