My name is Michael Parente. I am a Florida State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and Owner of Celebrate Wellness, LLC.

Celebrate Wellness provides services at two convenient boutique locations in St. Petersburg, as well as Mobile Massage servicing the St. Petersburg and Tampa metro area.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I am also a Certified Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage (C-MLDP) Practitioner for Pre/Post Surgery, and I have been Certified to provide VA Medical Massage through the Veterans Administration VA Community Care Network (CCN). I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor through the International Yoga Alliance and Certified Breathwork Practitioner.

Additionally, I am a practitioner of Reflexology, Reiki, Meditation, Mindfulness and Transcendental Meditation (TM).

Due to the nature of scheduling requirements, massage services at my locations of Sensorric and Soul Purpose are limited to the appointment duration scheduled. If time permits, I may provide additional complimentary time/service. Mobile massage services can provide increased flexibility with regard to end time, allowing me to address other areas that require attention.

As a mobile massage therapist, I come to you - your home, resort, office or even at the beach, I bring a complete spa environment, including; massage table or chair, linens and massage products. All massages include soothing music and aromatherapy, and optional short duration of guided meditation, guided breathwork, and Himalayan bowl sound bath. This practice helps regulate your parasympathetic nervous system to greatly enhance your massage experience. A relaxing Theragun percussive therapy may also be provided at the end of the session to aid in increased blood flow and relaxation.

Please note; A $15.00 travel fee will be assessed for mobile services provided in the Mobile Service Area. Travel fees for services performed outside the Mobile Service Area will be determined based upon the service address.

Unlike traditional Mobile Massage Therapy providers, I don't use a timer or a clock to bump you out of your massage. It's important for me to address your issues, and as a result, I normally stay for an extended period of time (at no additional cost) to provide relief and create a lasting massage experience, not a rushed massage.

My word for the year for 2025 is 'ascension'; The harmonious alignment of body, mind, spirit and energy, fostering growth, balance, and ascension in all aspects of life.

Personal Summary:

Michael Parente, a seasoned wellness expert, began providing massage in his early teens, He completed his formal training at the Cortiva Institute - and thrives on learning new techniques to enhance his skills and further help his clients - he has traveled the world extensively experiencing and studying a myriad of massage practices and techniques.

Through his own style, built upon centuries of practices from Galen to modern day, he brings a functional approach to helping heal the the entire body - Mind, Body, Spirit, Energy. With a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, he specializes in various holistic massage modalities, including; Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, neuromuscular / trigger-point, sports, cupping, range of motion, reflexology, palliative care, and manual lymphatic drainage (pre/post op), among others. His tailored treatments prioritize the unique needs of his clients, fostering overall well-being and relief.

Michael's empathetic nature and focus on both physical and emotional health make him a trusted partner in wellness. As a result of having been influenced by Eastern philosophy, Michael begins each session with an energy reset and creates a relaxing, healing environment designed to ground the parasympathetic nervous system and to rejuvenate beyond mere physical relief.

Outside of work, Michael recently became a Certified Yoga Instructor, and participates in continuous reflexology, breathwork and massage modality training. He enjoys music, Tai Chi, yoga, cycling, the beach, his Siberian Husky, travel, writing, and stand-up comedy. These interests inject creativity and joy into his practice. Known for his friendly demeanor and humor, he ensures clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Michael is also a member of the American Massage Therapist Association, Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization and the Florida Association of Reflexologists.
