Michael Parente, LMT, is a Florida Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist (MA 105801).

Certifications and Practices include; Certified VA Medical Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Shockwave Radial Extracorporeal Therapy, Cupping, Percussive Therapy, Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Pre/Post Surgery, Lymphedema and Lymphatic Maintenance, Reflexology (hand/foot), Breathwork, Mindful Meditation & Transcendental Meditation (TM) and Hatha Yoga.

Michael brings a highly functional, therapeutic and holistic approach to wellness through his own style, which is built upon centuries of practices from the ancient Sumerians, to Galen of the Roman era, through the cutting-edge technology of today, such as Radial Shockwave Extracorporeal Therapy and NIR- Near Infrared.

With a focus on wholeness and deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, he specializes in various therapeutic holistic massage modalities, including; Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, neuromuscular / trigger-point, stretching/range of motion, palliative care, prenatal, hot stone, among others. His tailored treatments prioritize the unique needs of his clients, fostering overall well-being and relief to celebrate wellness today, and every day.

Michael's empathetic nature and focus on both physical and emotional health make him a trusted partner in wellness. Michael likes to begin each session with a brief breathwork practice to reset, and introduce calm by activating the parasympathetic nervous system - and to rejuvenate beyond mere physical relief.

Michael completed his formal training at the Cortiva Institute and thrives on learning new techniques to deepen his skills and further help his clients.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys studying, reading in nature, music, Tai Chi, yoga, cycling, paddle boarding with his Siberian Husky, travel, writing, and stand-up comedy. These interests inject creativity and joy into his practice. Known for his friendly calm demeanor and humor, he creates a caring and comfortable experience.
