My name is Natasha Fernandez, owner and founder of T3 Recovery & Wellness. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Stretch Practitioner. Prior to obtaining my license in Massage Therapy, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Fitness from Florida International University.

I have over 10 years of experience in Exercise Physiology working with people of all ages and fitness levels ranging from kids to collegiate and professional athletes to older adults in geriatrics.

With expertise in sports massage, deep tissue, and therapeutic therapy, I am committed to improving your overall physical and mental well-being. My goal is to exceed expectations and create a lasting relationship with every client I serve.
