COMING SOON (June 2026)-Ashiatsu massage-a deep-tissue technique, although pressure can be adjusted as needed-even if that is a softer touch like swedish, where feet are used, supported by overhead bars, to deliver consistent, broad, and regulated pressure to muscles, often using oil. This modality is ideal for alleviating chronic muscle tension, improving circulation, and reducing pain through long, gliding strokes. It is generally performed over 60–90 minutes, often targeting the back, hips, and limbs for maximum relaxation and therapeutic relief.
