Zia Therapeutics is a boutique luxury recovery studio specializing in advanced Ashiatsu, myofascial, and therapeutic bodywork designed to support mobility, performance, and structural balance.

From deep-tissue barefoot massage and sports recovery to curated relaxation rituals, each session is tailored to your body, goals, and preferred experience.

Our approach balances effective, intentional bodywork with an experience that feels deeply restorative.

Curious about Ashiatsu?
Ashiatsu is a powerful barefoot modality that uses the broad, grounded pressure of the therapist’s feet to deliver deep, fluid strokes with a quality of pressure that’s difficult to replicate by hand. Ideal for athletic builds or anyone needing profound structural release without the sharpness of elbows or knuckles, Ashiatsu provides exceptional relief with a uniquely slow and soothing touch.

What to Expect
Each sensory-rich session blends therapeutic techniques designed to reset your nervous system, melt fascial tension, and restore functional movement. You’ll leave feeling more open, aligned, and at ease — with less soreness, improved range of motion, and a more grounded connection to your body.
