Also led in the warm water are our individual and semi private Aqua-Qi classes. Aqua-Qi is a style of Qi-Gong done immersed in the water, perfect for those experiencing mobility or age related challenges.

Beyond Watsu and Aqua- Qi.....Cynn offers therapeutic Massage treatments, Yoga and 5 Element Qi-Gong in the private Yurt. Your sessions will be tailored to address your specific needs, incorporating techniques ranging from myofacial, motion palpation, trigger point, guided breathwork and more.

Private and semi private Yoga classes cater to all skill levels, with an emphasis on Qi-gong designed to complement water and massage therapies.
