I am a licensed massage therapist with Texas since 2004, practicing primarily in clinical environments in Rockwall, Tx. I have expanded my specialized CranioSacral Therapy practice to the Greenville,Tx area on an outcall basis.

Over the last 20 years my massage therapy practice has evolved. The heavy deep tissue work traditional for the clinical side of the practice no longer inspires. I sought out lighter work, including energy work such as Reiki. But it did not appeal to my clinical side of my brain. Then, a co-worker introduced me to CranioSacral Therapy (CST), a light touch, whole-body treatment technique. It works with the body to support and nourish the central nervous system - improving overall health and well-being. This method of bodywork and its ability to work with the unique rhythms of the Cranio systems to pinpoint and address problem sources is so effective that I am moving away from the heavier muscle work to focus exclusively on CST. There’s value in traditional muscle work and there are many talented professionals between Rockwall and Greenville, however I find it’s no longer a fit for me and I want to provide a unique and potentially more profound healing experience.

CranioSacral Therapy, an Osteopathic modality which has its roots as far back as 1930 beginning with Dr. William G. Sutherland who conceived the principals of cranial osteopathy. I practice Bio-mechanical CraioSacral Therapy as taught by the Upledger Institute. This practice is evidence bases yet allows for intuitive guidance for the practitioner. This therapy is ideal for anyone from athletes to seniors. I also provide for horses and dogs too. Unfortunately, do not work on children under 13 years old.
