Because Bowen continues working with the nervous system long after your appointment, I view it as a process rather than a one-time treatment. I often recommend beginning with a Bowen Foundation Series, giving your body time to respond while allowing us to observe how it unfolds before determining the best path forward together.

Therapeutic Massage

My therapeutic massage sessions are intentionally gentle and personalized, focusing on calming the nervous system, easing tension, and helping your body unwind naturally. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, creating space for relaxation, balance, and restoration without force.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is an exceptionally gentle technique that encourages healthy lymph flow, helping reduce swelling while supporting your body's natural healing and recovery processes. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing inflammation, or simply seeking gentle support, each session is designed with your individual needs in mind.

Integrative Somatic Therapy

Integrative Somatic Therapy is a gentle, fully clothed, body-centered approach that recognizes how stress and life's experiences can be carried within the body. Through guided awareness, grounding practices, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, we'll explore what your body may be communicating while building practical tools to support greater resilience, balance, and connection in everyday life.
