My name is Amy Harron, LMT, and my passion is supporting my clients' optimal health and wellness through holistic mind/body/spirit relaxation: the deep, restorative kind that can be difficult to achieve in this day and age. Studies have shown that when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated (read: when you relax), your body can and will heal itself and revitalize!

I utilize hands-on massage techniques and energetic approaches to facilitate my client's unique journey to a state of holistic release, relaxation, and recovery.
